Written Cancellation Policy

WINTER: Reservations booked on/after September 1, 2026: Airfare, trip protection, and processing fee are nonrefundable at any time. Non-lodging products are eligible for a full refund if cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. Non-lodging products cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival are fully nonrefundable and are not eligible for any credit. Lodging reservations cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival (61 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes) are eligible for a full lodging credit. Alternatively, the lodging deposit may be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the full lodging cost. Lodging reservations cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival (between 46 and 60 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes) are eligible for a 50% lodging credit. The remaining 50% of lodging remains nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival (45 days or less prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes) are fully nonrefundable and are not eligible for any credit. Lodging credits may be applied to a new stay arriving no earlier than 7 days and no later than 12 months after the original departure date. Reservations booked prior to September 1, 2026: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, trip protection, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027) are nonrefundable. SUMMER: Airfare, trip protection, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days* prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, trip protection, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days* of arrival are nonrefundable. *48 hours prior to arrival for 2 bedroom and smaller units at The Steamboat Grand. ALL RESERVATIONS: Additions are allowed at any time prior to arrival. Changing properties is never an allowable change. If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties. All changes are subject to availability, cancellation policies, and may affect package price and promotion. Taxes are subject to change. Airline tickets are always nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once ticket is purchased, name cannot be changed. Passenger is responsible for all airline change fees and/or fare increases associated with reservation changes. Preassigned seating is not guaranteed. We recommend passengers reconfirm their reservation directly with the airline 24 hours prior to travel. Additional restrictions may apply.

Written Deposit Policy

WINTER: Reservations booked on/after September 1, 2026: 25% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, trip protection, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes all winter). Additional deposits made prior to final payment are applied to lodging first and are subject to cancellation policies. Reservations booked prior to September 1, 2026: 10% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, trip protection, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027). SUMMER: One night lodging deposit per unit and full payment for airfare, trip protection, and processing fee due at the time of booking; final payment due 14 days prior to arrival. *Final payment for lodging is due 7 days prior to arrival for 2 bedroom and smaller units at The Steamboat Grand.
