Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 reservations) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 reservations) are nonrefundable. SUMMER: Airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. ALL RESERVATIONS: Additions are allowed at any time prior to arrival, allowable changes resulting in a decrease in your reservation may be subject to a change fee. Changing properties is never an allowable change. If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties. Allowable changes may be assessed a $25 fee per change. All changes subject to availability, cancellation policies, and may affect package price and promotion. Taxes are subject to change. Airline tickets are always nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once ticket is purchased, name cannot be changed. Passenger is responsible for all change fees and/or fare increases associated with reservation changes. Preassigned seating is not guaranteed. We recommend passengers reconfirm their reservation directly with the airline 24 hours prior to travel. Additional restrictions may apply.
Written Deposit Policy
WINTER: 10% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 reservations). SUMMER: One night lodging deposit per unit and full payment for airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check In
4:00pm. If checking in after 11:00 pm, enter the east side of the building and call Security Plus at 879-4169 on the pay phone. Instructions will be on the front door. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Check Out
10:00am. Luggage storage, shower and changing facilities with clean towels are available at all times. All property amenities are available to guests after check-out on the day of departure.
Children
Additional person charges do not apply for children age 17 years and under.
Other Policy
Parking at Gravity Haus Steamboat is very limited. The parking fee is $40 / night (winter) and $15 / night (summer) for both members and non-members. All parking spots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each spot will be assigned a unique number at the time of check-in. Only one parking spot per hotel room is allowed, based on available space.
Pets Policy
We love well-behaved pets and encourage you to bring up to 2 furry friends. 40-pound maximum weight per dog. • Usage of pet rooms is limited and based upon availability. In order to guarantee availability, notification of pet’s arrival must be received at the time of booking. Our pet fee is non-refundable $50 + tax per night / per dog, payable at check-in, to cover cleaning charges to the guest room after your departure. Pets may not be left unattended in the room, must be leashed at all times, and owners must clean up after them. Guest will assume financial responsibility for any damage that occurs due to leaving pet unattended at any time and will incur a fee for all instances of complaints related to pet causing a disturbance to other guests. • Management reserves the right to terminate the guest reservation as a result of Pet Policy violations.
