Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 and December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027 reservations) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 and December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027 reservations) are nonrefundable. SUMMER: Airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. ALL RESERVATIONS: Additions are allowed at any time prior to arrival, allowable changes resulting in a decrease in your reservation may be subject to a change fee. Changing properties is never an allowable change. If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties. Allowable changes may be assessed a $25 fee per change. All changes subject to availability, cancellation policies, and may affect package price and promotion. Taxes are subject to change. Airline tickets are always nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once ticket is purchased, name cannot be changed. Passenger is responsible for all change fees and/or fare increases associated with reservation changes. Preassigned seating is not guaranteed. We recommend passengers reconfirm their reservation directly with the airline 24 hours prior to travel. Additional restrictions may apply.

SUMMER: One night lodging deposit per unit and full payment for airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.

4:00pm The front desk is open from 7:00am - 11:00pm, but the hours are subject to change. For late arrivals please call the front desk office for after hours check-in information at (866) 992-0600 or (970) 879-0600.
Check Out
10:00am This property offers a shower, changing facilities and luggage storage during front desk hours of operation. All property amenities are available to guests after check-out on their day of departure.
Children
Please, no sports teams or families with participants.
Other Policy
Guests staying 7 nights or more will receive a mid-week clean which includes a change of all linens/towels, vacuum, and a light clean of the unit. Additional housekeeping requests will be charged $46/hour.
Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted in buildings or on the property grounds. There is a one-time $875 fee for any non-approved pet as well as a fine of $500 per day, per pet from the date of check-in until the pet is removed.
