Written Cancellation Policy

WINTER: Worry Free 7 Day Cancellation Policy for reservations made October 16, 2026 through November 19, 2026: New reservations* booked directly with Steamboat Central Reservations between October 16, 2026 and November 19, 2026 for arrival by January 31, 2027 will be eligible for a full future credit* for Steamboat Daily Products and Lodging with Steamboat Hospitality or The Steamboat Grand if cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. *Not valid on existing reservations booked prior to October 16, 2026. Product use date or lodging arrival date must be on or before January 31, 2027. Does not apply to Airfare, Trip Protection, Processing Fee, 3rd Party Products^, or Seasonal Products^. Credits may be applied to a new stay arriving no earlier than 7 days and no later than 12 months after the original departure date. Products added to the reservation after November 19, 2026 are subject to normal cancellation policies as detailed below. ^ Excluded 3rd Party Products include but are not limited to: airport transportation, snowmobiling, tubing, lodging at Gravity Haus, etc. Excluded Seasonal products include but are not limited to: Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, True West Season Pass, Parking Pass, Creekside Seasonal Storage, Seasonal Lessons, etc. Reservations booked on/after September 1, 2026: Airfare, trip protection, and processing fee are nonrefundable at any time. Non-lodging products are eligible for a full refund if cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. Non-lodging products cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival are fully nonrefundable and are not eligible for any credit. Lodging reservations cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival (61 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes) are eligible for a full lodging credit. Alternatively, the lodging deposit may be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the full lodging cost. Lodging reservations cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival (between 46 and 60 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes) are eligible for a 50% lodging credit. The remaining 50% of lodging remains nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival (45 days or less prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes) are fully nonrefundable and are not eligible for any credit. Lodging credits may be applied to a new stay arriving no earlier than 7 days and no later than 12 months after the original departure date. Reservations booked prior to September 1, 2026: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, trip protection, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027) are nonrefundable. SUMMER: Airfare, trip protection, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days* prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, trip protection, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days* of arrival are nonrefundable. *48 hours prior to arrival for 2 bedroom and smaller units at The Steamboat Grand. ALL RESERVATIONS: Additions are allowed at any time prior to arrival. Changing properties is never an allowable change. If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties. WINTER: Reservations booked on/after September 1, 2026: 25% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, trip protection, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027; as well as for Select Private Homes all winter). Additional deposits made prior to final payment are applied to lodging first and are subject to cancellation policies. Reservations booked prior to September 1, 2026: 10% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, trip protection, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for reservations December 18, 2026 through January 2, 2027). Pets Policy

Pets are allowed in the some rooms if pre-arranged at time of booking. $20 per night per pet fee will be charged at the Nordic Lodge. A cell phone number and credit card are required at check in. Pets cannot be left unattended in the rooms and are not allowed in the common areas of the lodge. Dogs must be on leash at all times.
