Written Cancellation Policy

WINTER: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 21, 2024 through January 4, 2025 reservations) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 21, 2024 through January 4, 2025 reservations) are nonrefundable. SUMMER: Airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. ALL RESERVATIONS: Additions are allowed at any time prior to arrival, allowable changes resulting in a decrease in your reservation may be subject to a change fee. Changing properties is never an allowable change. If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties. Allowable changes may be assessed a $25 fee per change. All changes subject to availability, cancellation policies, and may affect package price and promotion. Taxes are subject to change. Airline tickets are always nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once ticket is purchased, name cannot be changed. Passenger is responsible for all change fees and/or fare increases associated with reservation changes. Preassigned seating is not guaranteed. We recommend passengers reconfirm their reservation directly with the airline 24 hours prior to travel. Additional restrictions may apply.

Written Deposit Policy

WINTER: 10% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival December 21, 2024 through January 4, 2025 reservations). SUMMER: One night lodging deposit per unit and full payment for airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.

Check In

4:00pm. For late check ins, there is a call box located at the resort front desk entrance with dialing instructions for check-in. The front desk is open 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.

Check Out

10:00 AM Late departures are subject to availability and may require a fee.

Pets Policy

We are delighted to welcome dogs to our resorts! To ensure a pleasant stay for our mutual guests, please review the updates and details below: Fee: $35.00 plus tax per night with a 5-night maximum of $175.00 charge per reservation per week. Details: • Only dogs are permitted. • Up to two dogs are allowed per unit, with a combined weight limit of 75 lbs. • Please disclose pet stays at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee. A pet waiver will be presented at check-in for each guest to sign, acknowledging the rules and fees. • Crate pets when unattended in guest units. If pets disturb others, owners will be contacted and may need to board pets at a local kennel. Fees apply for multiple complaints. • Pets are prohibited in the pool, deck pool, or splash pad. Visit our website for pet-friendly activities. • Barking, biting, and nuisance behaviors are not tolerated. Guests may be asked to check out without reimbursement. • Pets must always be on a leash and cannot be left unattended unless in a crate. • Use designated pet relief areas and dispose of waste properly. • Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc.
